Folks , there are many free tools which are developed to ease our (VM admins ) job easy . First of all hats off to the guy who developed it. And it does work with vSphere 5.1
One of such tool is Plugin Wizard . Its been in web from quite some time and its really useful and absolutely free ;)
Here are the simple steps which will allow you to customise your vcenter plugin utility . First of all download this great tool from below link :

Now unzip the downloaded file and install the software using setup file .
Then save the xml in the following path :
C:\ProgramData\VMware\VMware VirtualCenter\docRoot
Now hit on the Register Plugin
